St. Martin de Dauzats, Presbytere, 81440 Lautrec
Democrats Abroad Toulouse
Saturday, Aug 4, 4pm-6pm
Chez Meredith Wheeler, Chair, Democrats Abroad Toulouse in a scenic presbytère near the medieval village of Lautrec in the Tarn.
Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek. --Barack Obama
There are activities in the village all day plus the wonderful Café Plum--the bookstore/café for a snack.
The traditional garlic soup is given away FREE to all comers at noon in the main square.
If you have children, there is the Aquaval swimming complex with slides, waterfalls, wading pool for little ones, playground and snack bar.
When you've finished all that, retire to the shady green garden at Meredith's home to toast Barack Obama!
This is a FUNDRAISER for our chapter to pay for online Voter Registration ads and print ads in anglophone publications.
A minimum donation of 20 euros per person is requested.
Even if you cannot attend, you could make a contribution to support our work!
RSVP Meredith at email@example.com/.
She'll send you directions once you've booked.
