Marc laurent-atthalin,eEnseignant en Hatha Yoga est diplômé de l'école Postures. Il a voyagé en inde du sud (Kerala), où il a reçu de nombreux enseignements basés sur la respiration « pranayama » et sur les bonnes postures corporelles qui permettent de faire circuler l'énergie dans le corps et d’équilibrer les Chakras afin d'être centré.
