Venez nous rejoindre pour une journée concentrée sur le " développement personnel " et le bien-être.
Au programme : Coaching psychologie positive , promenade ressourçante avec exercices de "lâcher-prise", mini shooting " image positive " , sophrologie, initiation au Laochi et à l'aromathérapie/naturopathie et la kinesiologie ( accupression).
l'événement se passera à Ougrée.
Ville bien trop dénigrée, cachant beaucoup de trésors 🌷.
10 places maximum.

Déroulement de la journée, samedi, comme dimanche :
13h30: coaching de groupe, initiation à la psychologie positive.
15h30 : Balade ressourçante + shooting positif.
17h30 : initiation sophrologie + initiation laochi + naturophatie et kinesiologie(accupression).
19h : Petit pain saucisse + bière bio (softs aussi, bien entendu)
Vous ne repartirez pas les mains vides (ni la tête :) ).
Un sac à dos, avec votre carnet du bonheur vous sera offert!

vos 3 photos faites durant la "séance photo positive " vous serons envoyées personnellement et gratuitement aussi.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your 1000 enrichissements tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
