Marche pieds nus, relaxation, reconnexion à vos sens, éveil corporel, activités sensorielles, pratiques contemplatives, textes de réflexion, créativité, rencontre avec l'arbre, partages bienveillants et dans le non-jugement avec le groupe
Nous partagerons une boisson à l'issue de la ballade autour d'un cercle de parole pour ceux qui souhaitent échanger sur la séance
