je propose aux parents souhaitant apprendre à masser leur bébé des ateliers a mon cabinet situé au 42 Boulevard de Metz à Rennes.
Ce massage nous vient directement des traditions Indiennes et a de nombreux bienfaits :
- il renforce le lien Parent/Enfant,
- il diminue le stress du bébé (notamment en améliorant la qualité du sommeil),
- il améliore la digestion, - il procure du bien-être,
- il permet aussi de participer au bon développement psycho-moteur du bébé...
c'est un massage doux à l'huile chaude, qui intéresse tout le corps : tête, bras, mains, thorax, abdomen, jambes, pieds, dos.
Pour que la transmission se fasse dans les règles de l'art, ces ateliers se réalisent en petit comité (5 pers. maximum) ce qui favorise l'échange et me permet de vous orienter vers les bons gestes !
Un support vous sera transmis à la fin du stage pour que vous ayez une trace de votre travail et aider la mémoire une fois chez sois !
