Durant cet atelier, nous cherchons à nous (re)connecter avec nos émotions. Pour
cela, je vais vous accompagner en utilisant des outils musicaux et
théâtraux. L’émotion fait appel à notre esprit et à notre corps. Nous
allons donc utiliser les deux dans cet atelier. D’abord,
le corps pour mieux ressentir nos émotions, et s’ouvrir à l’écoute de
soi. Quelles sont les pistes que mon corps de donne dans telle ou telle
situation ? Puis, en réfléchissant à la définition de l’émotion, à ses
impacts dans nos vies, à comment nous les gérons au quotidien, nous
apprendrons à mieux vivre avec elle. Chaque
participant sera amené à réfléchir sur lui, et à partager ses
difficultés, ses astuces, ses idées à tester pour mieux vivre avec nos
émotions. "Participants : ouvert à tous (enfants accompagnés d’un adulte)Prérequis : aucun (il n’est pas nécessaire de faire de la musique ou du chant pour participer)

- Apprendre à se laisser traverser par ses émotions
