Pendant ces 6 mardis soirs consécutifs nous étudierons en détail les bases de l’Ashtanga Yoga. C’est une bonne opportunité pour les personnes nouvelles à la pratique, ainsi que pour ceux désirant comprendre différent aspect de la pratique
de manière plus approfondie.
A la fin de ces 6 semaines l’étudiant en yoga sera prêt à continuer une
pratique d’Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga avec assurance !
Quel sera le contenu de ces sessions ?
• La philosophie derrière la pratique : pourquoi nous le faisons et quels sont les béne ces.
• Explication des verrous internes ~ Bandhas : comment et pourquoi nous les appliquons.
• Explication de la technique respiratoire ~ Ujjayi : comment et pourquoi nous l’utilisons.
• Explication des termes Ashtanga & Vinyasa.
• Instruction détaillée de postures clés Chaturanga, chien vers le haut, chien vers le bas & diverses postures debout & com- ment les adapter à vos besoins personnels pour progresser de manière sûre et intelligente.
