El Café Psy es un espacio de diálogo y reflexión en español, creado para compartir experiencias, emociones y herramientas psicológicas en un ambiente cálido, cercano y respetuoso.
Migrar no es solo cambiar de país; implica atravesar pérdidas, adaptaciones, duelos y reconstrucciones profundas.
En esta edición, hablaremos sobre cómo acompañar las emociones y los desafíos de la migración y fortalecer recursos internos para transitar los cambios de manera consciente y resiliente.
