Come and find out more about university exchanges in Europe! The German Embassy, together with the French Institute and Campus France, invites you to Erasmus Days 2023 on 31 October at the Portland Towers in the German Embassy from 16:30 to 16:30.
The event is aimed at Danish students, whatever their field of study, who are planning an exchange in one of the two countries. But it is also the opportunity to celebrate the Erasmus + program, with music and drinks.
Some talks are scheduled, and you will be able to get answers to practical questions, find out more about financial support options and, last but not least, hear about all the great experiences an Erasmus exchange has to offer.

I have not received my Erasmus Days 2023 ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Erasmus Days 2023 tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Erasmus Days 2023 tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Erasmus Days 2023 ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
