Embarque avec moi est une invitation à l'exploration de soi et aux changements positifs dans notre vie. Je t'aide à retrouver en clarté et à utiliser le développement personnel comme levier à ton épanouissement.
L'introspection est l'une des premières étapes essentielles lorsqu'on entreprend de reprendre sa vie en main et de redevenir créateur actif de notre réalité.
Introspection et perception vont de paires. Combiné à un travail à ce niveau va amener des déclics et prises de consciences qui t'amèneront ensuite à entreprendre des changements et de nouveaux projets. C'est là que le développement personnel à proprement parlé se déclenche.
Au cours de cet atelier je vais te partager des outils et méthodes pour réaliser ton introspection et améliorer ta connaissance de soi. Je te partagerais également comment utiliser et te servir de ton introspection pour te fixer et atteindre tes objectifs!
Au cours de l'atelier tu auras également un workbook pour t'accompagner et prendre des notes, et tu auras aussi l'occasion de pouvoir poser tes questions !
