Joignez-vous à nous chaque mercredi de 19h15 à 20h pour une séance de fitness dynamique et variée qui vous fera travailler chaque muscle de votre corps. Avec nos instructrices chevronnées, Victoria et Léa, vous serez guidées à travers un circuit d'exercices stimulants, conçus pour cibler tous les groupes musculaires, brûler des calories et sculpter une silhouette tonique.
Mais ce n'est pas tout ! C'est une expérience immersive et motivante, où vous vous connecterez avec d'autres passionnées de fitness, dans une ambiance de camaraderie et de dépassement de soi. Ensemble, nous allons repousser nos limites, nous entraîner avec détermination et atteindre des sommets de forme physique que nous n'aurions jamais cru possibles.
Que vous soyez débutante ou habituée des entraînements intensifs, cette session est adaptée à tous les niveaux de condition physique. Nos instructrices veilleront à ce que chaque exercice soit adapté à vos besoins et à vos capacités, vous permettant ainsi de tirer le meilleur parti de chaque mouvement.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Full Body by Victoria & Léa tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
