Le matin, atelier théorique pour découvrir les pierres, leurs vertus et comment les ressentir ainsi que le monde des Huiles Essentielles.
Au programme: connaitre les différentes familles, leurs bienfaits ainsi que les précautions à respecter.
Midi: déjeuner au "Mandala" (bon repas de 20€ inclus dans le prix du billet)
L'après-midi, atelier pratique:
Les roll on sont un merveilleux mélange de pierres naturelles et d'huiles essentielles qui renferment les essences du bien-être.
Nous allons apprendre à associer ces 2 élément et créer notre roll on.
A l'issue de cette initiation, vous partiez avec le roll on que vous aurez réalisé.
