Le Crossboxing est un nouveau concept d’entrainement créé par Reda, coach spécialisé dans la boxe pied poing et le cross training.
Une nouvelle expérience de fitness en plein air au cœur de Paris, dans un décor à l'architecture sublime et entouré par les bâtiments du Louvre.
Un entrainement unique en son genre, inspiré du Muaythai, de la boxe et du HIIT. Force, endurance et coordination seront de la partie, sans oublier les mouvements essentiels de mobilité articulaire pour commencer ainsi que les étirements et le retour au calme pour finir en douceur.
Pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de cette séance, des gants de boxe ou MMA sont conseillés. La location d’une paire de gants sera possible à la réservation.
