Après avoir vécu pendant près de 20 ans dans la communauté Valenciana, berceau de la paella, je reviens sur le territoire Français.
Ma passion pour la paella reste toujours présente sur le territoire Français, tradition oblige, je cuisine le plat Espagnol le plus international tous les dimanches. (pratique habituelle dans toute la région de Valencia)
Je participe au concours mondial de paella, le World Paella Day Cup 2022 à Valencia.
En tant que représentant de la France, je deviens Champion du monde de paella 2022.
Aujourd'hui je veux partager avec vous mes connaissances et savoirs faire acquis pendant plus de 30 ans d'expérience autour des rencontres et partages avec des références mondiales de la paella, comme Rafa Margos, Maestro arrocero et propriétaire du brasero le plus long au monde, 97 ml de paella cuisinée au feu de bois.
Rafa Margos est aussi le créateur de la marque El Paeller, fabrication de fond de viande, fond vegan, et fumet de poisson cuisiné de façon naturelle, au feu de bois.
Nous allons voir ensemble comment utiliser les fonds El Paeller pour réaliser une paella.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
