Le Yin yoga est une pratique douce, passive,où l'on demeure plusieurs minutes dans chaque posture.
Challenge davantage mental que physique (pas évident de rester si longtemps immobile, pleinement présent à soi), qui permet d'apprendre à lâcher-prise, en plus de travailler la souplesse.
