Chaque méditation est unique et se créée sur l’Instant par une écoute intuitive à l’énergie du groupe et de chacun.
La séance se déroule au sol, allongé ou assis, confortablement installé autour des bols.
Les séances se déroulent ainsi : méditation + retour à Soi autour d'une boisson chaude.
