L'esprit du stage : cette retraite est une invitation à se connecter à soi-même, à s'accorder un temps rien que pour soi et à lâcher prise le temps d'un week-end en pleine nature et dans une ambiance conviviale et décontractée en petit groupe.
Le lieu : au cœur des Baronnies, aux pieds du Parc National des Pyrénées (à une altitude de 560 mètres), La Source Loubetas est une ancienne ferme bigourdane de plus de 200 ans, nichée dans son écrin de verdure surplombant le charmant village d’Asque. Ce coin de paradis préservé et authentique offre le cadre parfait pour un week-end de détente dans une ambiance familiale et chaleureuse.
L'alimentation : consommation de produits de qualité, c'est à dire locaux, bios, artisanaux, faits maison et cuisiner de manière saine (cuisson douce, cru, marinades, associations, ...).
Un séjour ouvert à tous : la retraite s'adresse à tous les niveaux de yoga. l'intention du week-end est l'ouverture et la connexion à soi dans le respect de son corps, de son rythme.
Le tarif : 275 € prix / personne
Ce tarif inclus :
- 2 nuits en chambre partagée
- 7 séances de yoga et méditation
- l'atelier d'apithérapie
- 2 petits déjeuners, 2 déjeuners (végétariens) et 2 dîners (végétariens)
- la location de la salle de pratique
- les draps et serviettes (lit non fait)
- tapis de yoga, coussins, couvertures (apportez votre matériel si vous préférez pratiquer avec le vôtre)
- à discrétion toute la journée : tisanes – fruits frais
En option : chambre individuelle selon disponibilité + 30 €.
Ce tarif n'inclut pas :
- le transport jusqu'au gîte
- les soins bien-être sur réservation (ces prestations seront à régler directement auprès de chaque patricien en chèque ou espèces, pas de CB)
- les dépenses personnelles.
Remises éventuelles :
- 15 € pour une inscription avant le 22 mars 2020 ("tarif Early Bird")
- 20 € pour chaque personne que vous invitez
Toute réservation ne sera effective qu'à réception de l'acompte de 50% du montant de la retraite.
