Séance de 45 min environ, compter 1h en tout sur place
Cette inscription nécessite que vous ayiez un accès à la plateforme Zoom, merci de vous assurer du bon fonctionnement de votre accès avant la session (attention, si vous n'avez jamais utilisé Zoom, il faudra peut-être télécharger quelque chose)
Matériel :
une tenue confortable
une bouteille d'eau
un foulard
éventuellement un tapis type "yoga"
Note importante :
Si vous souffrez d'une pathologie chronique, de douleurs chroniques, ou d'un handicap, n'hésitez pas à m'expliquer vos besoins par mail (contact@airgie.net) avant la session, pour que j'adapte le plus possible la guidance.
Une session Bloomdance est une séance de danse libre, respectant le rythme et les limites de chacun, qui ne présente pas à priori de risques inhérents à la pratique. Néanmoins, si vous souffrez d'une pathologie cardiaque ou d'une pathologie bien spécifique qui pourrait vous faire douter sur les bienfaits d'une session Bloomdance, et par mesure de précaution, je vous invite à demander l'avis de votre médecin.
*session raccourcie (par rapport à une session classique) ouverte à tous et spécialement adaptée aux personnes à besoins spécifiques : surpoids, raideurs, douleurs chroniques, handicaps de tout type (y compris fauteuil roulant)

I have not received my Session Bloomdance adaptée ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Session Bloomdance adaptée tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
