Pause bien-être d'une journée, repas inclus comprenant : yoga (postures, méditation), initiation auto-hypnose , marché méditative, mandala: pour reprendre des forces durant l'hiver , prendre soin de son corps et de son esprit, se détendre.
Intervenante : Sarah Landes, hypnotherapeute et certifiée en yoga.
Repas inclus (restaurant des « Coteaux »).
Tarif : 120 €/personne. Places limitées.
Lieu: yourte de Vigoulet Auzil.
Programme:
- 9H30 : accueil, tisane , présentation journée
- 10h15-11H15 : séance de yoga (respiration et asanas)
- 11H15-11H30 : pause
- 11H30-12H30 : séance de yoga nidra, méditation au son du bol tibétain.
- 12H30-13H30 : repas des "coteaux"
- 13h30-15h : marche méditative
- 15H-15H30 : pause
- 15H30-16H15 : mandalas méditatifs
- 16H15-16H30 : pause
- 16H30-17H : initiation auto-hypnose
- 17H-17H30 : feedback journée
