Les avantages du tourisme de l’huile d’olive sont très bénéfiques pour le visiteur, ils offrent une opportunité d’échange éducatif et culturel, et la possibilité d’explorer de nouveaux paysages dans des régions moins connues mais dignes d’être visitées telle que la région historique de thuccabor sur les hauteurs de Medjez El Bab au nord Ouest de la Tunisie.
Il s’agit de prévoir une sortie Pédagogique autour du tourisme oléicole, une dégustation académique de l’huile d’olive Biologique Médaillée Triomphe_Thuccabor du domaine Familiale Ben Ismail situé à thuccabor.
Le programme consiste à :- Visite de l’huilerie- Visite des différents élevages (Ovins Caprins, poulet fermiers etc..) : Contact direct avec les animaux de la ferme- Atelier d’analyse sensorielle de l’huile d’olive- Dégustation académique de l’huile d’olive réalisée par les deux frères Ben Ismail (deux dégustateurs agréés par le conseil oléicole international)- Un Brunch ou un Déjeuner 100% traditionnel au prix respectif 40 et 45 excluant les frais de transport ( le choix devrait être identique pour tout le groupe )
