Rdv. en extérieur o en haut du parc Monstsouris**- 10 minutes avant - Au programme :- Postures de yoga et respirations rafraichissant le corps et l'esprit, auto massage (do in) et assouplissement des membres inférieurs/ posture pince/ pont, pour l'étirement du dos, ainsi qu'une attention sur les méridiens coeur et intestins grêle, pour redonner de l'espace et de la légèreté au corps par le mouvement. Tonification du système cardio-vasculaire, auto-massage et postures à deux, Méditation guidée avec bol tibétain,
et choeur à bouche fermée, pour faire résonner la reliance entre nos centres cardiaques qui, elle, vole au-dessus des frontières des virus.

Marc Laurent-Atthalin, enseignant en Hatha Yoga est diplômé de l’école " Postures le souffle créateur". Il a voyagé en inde du sud (Kerala), où il a reçu de nombreux enseignements basés sur la respiration « pranayama » et sur les bonnes postures corporelles, "asanas" qui permettent de faire circuler l’énergie dans le corps et d’équilibrer les Chakras afin d’être centré.
