from 7 to 11 September 2016
Suchetas monk since 1991 in South India, spiritual brother has Ritodgata
met his Master Shri Tathata at the age of 22 years. He lived with this one a
holy and monastic life, practicing yoga, study of the Vedas (sacred texts
India), meditation, various sacred rituals, recitation of mantras. He lives in
Shanti Ashram dham with Ritodgata in Kerala.
Suchetas also practiced vipassana repeatedly, this technique
uses a breath observation method that helps develop
concentration of the mind.
He enriched the Buddhist practice of Vedanta and many readings
sacred. It is open to different methods and practices that can suit
with different personalities.
It offers a practice of simple meditation open to all, beginners or
not. He leads the questions / answers in workshops on topics such as
yoga, devotion, knowledge. It will help you to make your practice more
intense and deeper.
He will lead the retreat of 7 days in Tournefort possibility to come on weekends only.
